This workshop was organised jointly by the Agency for Strategic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the European Union’s SECCA project. The participants explored the role, main elements and quality assurance of energy audits of buildings, as well as structuring a methodology of energy audits of buildings for Uzbekistan. They reviewed the experience of and examples from EU Member States, Energy Community Contracting Parties, and neighboring countries of the Central Asian region.
