This workshop was organised jointly by the Ministry of Industry and COnstruction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC Institute for Development of Electric Power Industry and Energy Saving, and the European Union funded SECCA project.

Purposes:

• improving the level of awareness and capacities of workshop participants on energy savings/energy efficiency and renewable energy sources
• reducing energy consumption in the budgetary sector
• improving the level of comfort and social services in budgetary institutions.

Target audience: Local executive bodies of the Turkestan region and the city of Turkestan, directors of public schools in the city of Turkestan.
