This workshop is organised jointly by the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the European Union funded SECCA project, and the Chamber of Expert Organizations of Kazakhstan.

It aims to disseminate knowledge in energy efficiency labelling, improve methodologies for assessing energy efficiency rates and enhance competences of the experts of Kazakhstani organizations, while adapting international experience to local conditions and raising awareness among key players in the construction sector.

Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Construction, the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services, the Republican State Enterprise “Gosexpertiza”, the Chamber of Expert Organizations, the Kazakhstan Center for Modernization and Development of Housing and Communal Services, as well as representatives of expert organizations take part in this event.
