The Second Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting of the European Union funded project “Sustainable Energy Connectivity in Central Asia (SECCA)” convened in Astana. Officials from the beneficiary countries, members of the PSC designated by their respective governments, and representatives of the EU gathered at the event to discuss the project progress and the way forward.
