SECCA Key Experts (KEs) Paata Janelidze and Ilze Purina met with the students of the Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.  The KEs discussed with the students climate change, climate financing, sustainable energy, general approach to national energy and climate planning, and the project’s experience of organising Sustainable Energy Days in Central Asia.
