This Round table was organised jointly by the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the European Union (EU) funded SECCA project.

At the Round table, the participants reviewed and discussed the results of the assessment of biomass potential for Kyrgyzstan conducted by SECCA’s Biomass Energy Expert. The SECCA experts also presented experience of using biomass for producing energy, biogas, and biofuels in Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
