SECCA project aims and expected outcomes
The overall objective is to assist the countries of CA in the creation of pre-conditions and building capacity for more active participation in the Horizon Europe funded research projects by conducting a knowledge gap assessment and developing a road map including a training plan for building national capacities.
Relevant materials
At the Lectures for faculty members and students of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, the SECCA project provided key stakeholders from Turkmenistan, EU Member States, and Energy Community Contracting Parties with an opportunity to exchange on key issues and approaches in developing and implementing sustainable energy policies.
